For the past four years, Steven has led this heritage refurbishment project delivering approximately 600,000 sq. ft of mixed-use campus space. As Project Director, Steven works closely with and reports directly to the client team, whilst managing a 14-person local project management team from Turner & Townsend. His focus is on ensuring high-quality delivery and budget integrity whilst upholding the client’s vision for this complex, heritage-sensitive development.
THE JELLICOE, KINGS CROSS, LONDON
Circa £210 million
As the final major development within the King’s Cross masterplan, Elliot led the Development as Project Director, overseeing the design, delivery, and operation of this landmark scheme. The development comprises two 12-storey buildings delivering 72 homes, alongside CAT A and CAT B turnkey flexible office space operated by FORA. Elliot’s responsibilities included negotiation and agreement of the FORA management agreement, as well as the successful branding, marketing and leasing campaigns. His oversight ensured that the development not only met its physical and commercial objectives but also alignment with the long-term vision and standards of the King’s Cross Group.
LUMA, KINGS CROSS, LONDON
Circa £65 million
Elliot served as the Development Lead for the design and delivery of a 61-unit, prime, park-facing residential scheme within the King’s Cross Masterplan. Delivering this high-specification project during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic further strengthened Elliot’s capabilities in supply chain management, risk mitigation, and adaptive project leadership. His responsibilities extended to overseeing marketing, interior dressing and sales.
